Phase 1 was delivered in 28 weeks which was on schedule and within budget.
Critical Project Services, L.L.C. were appointed as the Construction Manager to manage the fit out of 3 Data Halls into an existing fallow space adjacent to 3 existing live Data Halls ensuring minimal disruptions to tenants.
Site included:
- Main fibre infrastructure works
- White space finish plus extensive structural alterations
About this Project
Each hall was 900m² with 2.2MW of IT power fed via new PowerStream and backed by UPS and Generator. Phase 1(one hall and site infrastructure) was delivered in 28 weeks which was on schedule and within budget.
