Five and a half months from start of Construction to Commissioning / Completion.

30K SF Greenfield build with full fit out of 10 MW of Critical Power. Partnered at Risk with Capitol Power Group of Ashburn, VA. Provided initial design and managed the procurement process. Designed and provided premanufactured electrical power modules. Managed all aspects of the construction process from Design to Completion.
